Membership

It is possible to become an AMI member in India and to be a part of the worldwide AMI network working to improve the lives of children. AMI has authorised the Indian Montessori Foundation to enroll memberships in India on their behalf.

Annual Membership Fees: Rs.1,200.00

Please note that the above Membership Fees apply only to Indian Residents with a street address in India. If you are a Non-Indian National or a Non-Resident Indian please visit the AMI website at www.montessori-ami.org for membership details.

Please send the Membership Form duly filled in along with a crossed local (Chennai) cheque or a Demand Draft in favour of Indian Montessori Foundation. As a member you will receive updates and publications from AMI and the IMF. AMI Annual memberships are to be renewed each year in January.

What the members can expect:

People taking up AMI membership through the Indian Montessori Foundation can expect to:

  • Receive periodic issues of Communications, AMI’s magazine
  • Receive periodic electronic bulletins from AMI
  • Receive copy of the IMF’s annual magazine
  • Receive updates on various events being organised by the IMF in various parts of India
