"Sharanalaya" meaning the gathering of the kindred spirits is a sanctuary for children. Initially started with 2 children in March 2001, we have steadily risen to over 120 in strength. Our success is credited to our sheer dedication and our goal to children's touch lives. Ms.Manju Venkat, a trained professional at CMTC, founded it. The school has been founded on her innate love for children & her uncompromising standards for perfection.

Sharanalaya aims at developing a child's potential. Therefore every child is given special additional and our professionally trained teachers observe their unique characteristics. They promote the development of social skills, emotional growth and physical co-ordination.

The teaching staff at Sharanalaya is committed to the Montessori method. Our present faculty is a well-knit and well-qualified group.

We are also looking to add an Elementary environment (6-12 years) and are looking for trained Elementary Teachers.

We invite anybody who is open to learning, and with a Diploma in pre-primary or Elementary Montessori to apply for a full time / part time position. Compensation packet will be attractive and is negotiable.
